The approach focuses on the HR context that addresses the strategy of the organisation based on best practices related to HR and technology trends for
specific industries. This will define the gap between HR expectations and HR practices, business process and IT delivery. The gap is then addressed by the
redesigning or re-engineering of the HR practice, business processes and optimising the use of technology.
